The Community Foundation of Broward seeks a highly motivated Program Manager to enlarge the work on Foundation initiatives. The Program Manager is responsible for building strong nonprofit leadership through the creation and implementation of innovative programs and resources. Candidate will also lead Foundation work to create sustainable systems for Broward's retired baby boomer population to be connected to opportunities to use their skills to benefit the community. The ideal candidate will be a catalyst to help nonprofit leaders to become more effective and to help residents become more civically engaged. Candidates for this position must have a track record of developing and leading community initiatives and producing high quality (educational) programs with proven results. Candidates must have a strong grasp of leadership development, civic engagement, and knowledgeable of trends and issues of the nonprofit sector. Foundation experience is plus. Must have stellar writing skills and excellent presentation skills.
