Research Fellow; Steven Lawrence, Senior Director of Research,

Florida philanthropy has grown
significantly in the past decade, but the country's economic
recession has put a halt to the growth in the past few years and
presented funders with new challenges. That is one of the key
findings from Florida Philanthropic Network's new
Giving in
Florida research report. This
FPN webinar will provide grantmakers with an opportunity to take
a closer look at some of the latest facts, figures and trends in
recent giving by Florida's foundations and individuals, and to
discuss the outlook for the state's grantmaking in 2010. In
addition, Steven Lawrence from The Foundation Center in New York
will provide a national perspective on the latest foundation
giving trends.
