Host Hotel

The host hotel for Florida Philanthropic Network's 2012 Summit is the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, part of the Hilton/Waldorf Bonnet Creek complex, 14200 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Orlando FL 32821, 407-597-5500. Due to the strong interest in FPN's 2012 Summit, the FPN Summit room block at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel has sold out. FPN has secured an overflow room block at the nearby Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, 14651 Chelonia Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. FPN has negotiated a Summit rate at the Wyndham of $159 per night, which includes complimentary Internet in the room.

To make your reservations at the Wyndham, call 877-999-3223 and identify the group name, Florida Philanthropic Network. The FPN rate is guaranteed until January 21, 2012. 

The Wyndham is located about a half mile from the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. FPN will be running a free shuttle between the two hotels on February 2 and February 3.

Parking

Ample parking is available in the parking ramp for the Waldorf/Hilton Bonnet Creek complex. Summit participants receive a reduced rate of $5 per day for self-parking and a reduced rate of $20 per day for valet parking.

Transportation

Airport Shuttle: Mears Motor Shuttle is the designated ground carrier at Orlando International Airport and provides consistently dependable transportation for guests of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel to and from the airport. For reservations, click here.
