Join us at the next Tampa Bay Funders Forum luncheon to connect with your Tampa Bay-area grantmaking colleagues. The focus of the meeting will be "The Best Mistakes We've Ever Made." As we are all looking for answers to some of our community's greatest challenges, many times it is through our mistakes and less-than-desired outcomes that we glean our greatest learnings. So luncheon participants are asked to think about an example of the "best mistake" you or your organization has ever made and be prepared to share the following information:

> Brief description of the situation, project or example and the misstep.
> What you learned from the mistake or misstep.
> How you applied those learnings to your organizational work.

From these examples, we hope to help others analyze situations with this additional insight and avoid the same missteps in their own work. We will be looking for volunteers to share their mistakes, so you won't be put on the spot if you don't think you have anything to share.

Also at this meeting we will share the preliminary results from the Tampa Bay Funders Forum survey.
