The Education Funders Affinity Group (EAG) supports a culture of high expectations for all students, in and out of school, from early childhood through postsecondary education, leading to career success.

Join your EAG colleagues virtually to learn the latest status of Florida’s efforts in implementing the new B.E.S.T. standards and possible roles for philanthropy.  Dr. Paul Burns, Deputy Chancellor will also discuss the Florida Dept. of Education’s plans around Federal funds coming in through the American Rescue Plan (ARP).  The EAG will go into executive session and provide input into position papers being developed for each of the 3 positions the EAG has committed to advocate for, Advancement of Early Childhood Education; Implementation of Rigorous K-12 Standards; Post-secondary Access, Persistence and Success.  Please join us and make sure your voice is heard!
