We all talk about how we want to be more collaborative with nonprofits, funders, sector leaders and community members, but finding the time and the motivation to work together, and to do it well, can be a struggle. One organization, however, is not only working collectively with key stakeholders, they are seeing results in their work because of this approach.

CareerEdge Funders Collaborative offers a leading edge approach to workforce development by working with funders, industry partners and individual in the community by leveraging community assets and forming high-performing workforce partnerships. Mireya Eavey will talk about how this organization started and speak to the results they have seen using a more collaborative approach to helping people in the community.

Presented by FPN's Grants Managers Affinity Group in partnership with PEAK Grantmaking
