Mike Kennedy has been appointed Senior Vice President of Community Investment for the Community Foundation of Sarasota County. In this position Kennedy will develop and implement the foundation's overall community investment grant strategy, partnering to ensure the greatest impact is made for the Community Foundation’s donors and initiatives.
The PYC Satori Foundation has received a $100,000 donation from the Community Foundation of Northwest Florida Inc. The nonprofit Satori Foundation encourages and promotes interest in sailing and yachting, and develops educational and training programs for the two sports.
