The Council on Foundations is pleased to partner again with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on the Secretary's Award for Public-Philanthropic Partnerships. Now in its fourth year, this award recognizes excellence in partnerships that have transformed communities through collaborations between foundations and government entities.
