Natalie is recognized statewide for her community and public affairs expertise, her deep relationships and her ability to deliver results for clients.

Prior to joining RSA Consulting Group in January 2011, Natalie held the position of Community Development with Pepin Distributing Company of Tampa. In this role she represented the Pepin family, the distributorship, The Pepin Academies and Pepin Heart Hospital and was responsible for overseeing community, legislative, and charitable activities. She began working with Pepin in 2007 and continues to serve as their community liaison in her position at RSA.

Before joining Pepin Distributing Company, Natalie worked in Public Policy for 3 years at the Tampa Bay Partnership, the Tampa Bay’s Regional Economic Development Organization serving 8 counties. In this role, she was engaged in a variety of policy and legislative issues including Transportation; Healthcare; K-12, Vocational and Higher Education; Water, Energy, Ports and Airports, Workforce Housing, Redevelopment, Growth Management, and Tort Reform.

Eric is an attorney in private practice and is the Consortium’s government representative, advocating for the $1 for $1 State of Florida legislative match that local education foundations leverage to provide targeted support for classrooms, teachers and students throughout the state.  He also represents clients in different fields – including other statewide associations and healthcare organizations.
