Catalytic Connection: Critical Conversations for Florida

Philanthropy’s greatest impact is achieved when its collective actions are catalytic – accelerated to significant change or action. As Grantmakers, finding ways to collaborate and partner alongside the communities we work in and support is essential to shifting and changing systems that no longer serve the greater good. This critical work starts with open conversations - where diverse voices and experiences are heard, where thought leaders work together, where all issues are viewed with an equity lens, and where community continues to be the core of what we all do. This type of connection allows for strategies and plans to emerge to help inspire, shape, and change the way we do business and the way we serve others.

FPN’s Statewide Summit on Philanthropy is the only gathering of its kind in Florida, bringing independent sector leaders from throughout the state to engage in candid conversations with each other and speakers from around the country to learn, be inspired and grow. Our hope is that the conversations and connections continue long after this gathering, leading to collaboration and innovation across the sector.
