The Florida Philanthropic Network Impact Investing Roundtable is open to all FPN members. The goal of the roundtable is to provide Florida-based foundation professionals and members who are interested in furthering their mission with social impact investing a space to connect, discuss, learn together, and collaborate.
Impact investing refers to the practice of making investments that generate positive social returns in addition to a financial return. Beyond grantmaking, this practice often includes making low-interest loans/debt, equity, ESG investing, program-related investments (PRIs), mission-related investments (MRIs), and more.
The roundtable is open to members at all varying levels of progress in their impact investing journey – from those who are just starting out as well as those who have deep experience leading funds and portfolios of investments. Our hope is to create a space that allows for cross-pollination of ideas, sharing of resources, and furtherance of each of our institution’s respective missions.
